JECS Corporation (hereafter, referred to as "JECS") takes care of all information including information kept from our technical intelligence and customer as a global supplier who offers electronic equipment products related to printed wiring boards and other products for cars and motorcycles. JECS came from this as much as possible to esteem these information value to establish of the system of information management and the thoroughness.
The enactment of rules and the establishment of a system of management are aimed at protecting individual information in JECS based on such details, the protection of individual information policy is provided, it informs the director and the employee, and it tries to protect individual information appropriately according to this policy.
What is our policy on protection of individual information?

- JECS has established a system of management for protection of individual information in consideration of keeping customer's information confidential, and takes care of it appropriately in the active conduct of business according to prescribed rules for the collection, use, and offer of individual information.

- JECS observes the laws applied to the protection of individual information concerned and other standards when individual information is handled. Moreover, our personal information management rules are made to suit these laws and other standards.

- JECS follows various rules concerning information security to secure the accuracy and safety of individual information, executes the limitation of the means of taking out through access control of individual information and measures to prevent unlawful computer access from the outside among others. We also aim to prevent the loss of individual information, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc.

- JECS values each person's rights concerning individual information, and responds with good intentions when self-information is disclosed and the refusal of the correction, deletion, use or offer is requested.

- Individual information is handled appropriately by JECS based on the personal information management rules to protect it. JECS executes this steadily while making all employees at every level recognize the importance of protection of individual information.
